We have a full-time office staff that is always available to help our clients and speak with anyone interested in designing a pet care plan to meet their unique needs. We are members of Pet Sitters International, The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, and Fear Free Pets.

Customized Services
We realize that no two homes or two pets are exactly alike, so we offer a wide variety of services to precisely fit your needs. You will tailor your pet care plan. We offer an estimate of all charges before our registration meeting.
Professionally Trained Staff:
We contract ONLY dedicated pet care professionals. We work with sitters who have practical experience in the pet care field and view their time with Sit & Staycations as part of their career path. We run an extensive screening process on all applicants. Our sitters are Pet CPR/First Aid certified, Certified Professional Pet Sitters, and Fear Free Certified.
Safety
For the safety of the pets in our care, Sit & Staycations offers one-on-one care. We do not offer pack walks. Additionally, all of our sitters are residents of their service area, so if an emergency arises, someone is close by. We also do not use car decals or uniforms for advertising purposes, which may alert people to your absence.
Experience & Educational Development
Our experience and knowledge allow us to better understand your pet’s needs and how to best interact with them. Sit & Staycations strongly believes in continual education and constant renewal of knowledge. As such, we are always updating our expertise in animal behavior and animal care. Sit & Staycations offers Pet CPR/First Aid Certifications, Pet Sitter Certifications, and Fear Free Certifications for our sitters.
Technology & Convenience
To help our services run as smoothly as possible, we utilize the Time to Pet App. This portal also provides convenience for our clients to schedule pet care, view their service calendar, and update their billing information. Our clients are able to keep their pet’s information current within the app, so nothing falls through the cracks. All visit updates include a detailed description of the care we provided with photos and videos. There is also a GPS feature that maps the visit from start to finish.
Unsurpassed Personal Service with Outstanding Communication
We are here to provide our clients with a phenomenal experience. This is done not only with top-notch pet care but a5lso with spectacular customer service. We understand the value of open communication. You can reach the office between the hours of 9am & 5pm. We also monitor the voice mail and email in the off-hours in the case of an emergency. Additionally, our sitters send you detailed updates with pictures and videos for each visit.

To best serve our clients, we must obtain feedback, so we constantly follow up to receive an assessment of your experience. We highly encourage our clients to let us know what they love about the process and what suggestions they may have.
